Cake Under Construction by CakeUpStudio Cake Under Construction by CakeUpStudio
one of the classics - building blocks cake I made last May for a 7-year-old boy. it took way more time than I expected, I barely managed to make some photos 2 minutes before pick-up time so please forgive the towel background.
carrot cake layered with cream cheese frosting, covered in white chocolate ganache with fondant decorations. the only non-edible parts were toothpicks used to secure 'workers' on a cake
May 2013
another one I did for my own nephew  Little Fencers Cake by CakeUpStudio

I'm glad that you thought it was just a walk in the park. I wish that was the same story for me. Anyway keep up the awesome work.^_^

it was definitely not! it took forever to get the 'workers' to be similar size! but still, it required more patience than some amazing skill so I believe it's do-able even for not-so-experienced bakers :)
